




Job Summary: Lead squads, organize agile ceremonies, define product journey and OKRs, prioritize backlog, ensure sprint execution, and evolve product roadmaps. Key Highlights: 1. Lead squads onsite, organizing agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily, retro, review) Participate in defining the future product journey, mission, and OKRs Prioritize backlog (MVP1 and product backlog) together with the PO Ensure sprint execution, manage risks, and remove impediments Define and train the team on methodologies, management tools, and Azure DevOps usage (sprint organization/planning) Monitor technical development aligned with architecture, security, infrastructure, governance, and data \& analytics guidelines Interface with other IT areas (ecosystems, squads, and guilds) Report sprint status weekly Manage vendors and resources required for the product Evaluate market solutions vs. internal development vs. hybrid approaches Lead MVP1 go\-live (prototype, pilot, rollout, data loads, training) Support production products, ensuring performance and resolution of critical bugs Evolve the product roadmap and lead new MVPs **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in technology with programming language knowledge. Solid experience in project management and squad leadership Azure DevOps Microsoft Project Professional, PWA, and Project Online for calculating metrics such as IDP, IDC, and Critical Path. “AI First” culture to increase productivity Familiarity with Generative AI (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI agents) Programming language knowledge to effectively communicate and provide input to the technical team;
