Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing operational data, supporting project management and process improvement with a focus on Power BI and Excel. Support for project management and process standardization. **Description:** ---------------- Develop, update, and monitor Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring the reliability of operational information. Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking KPIs, costs, and operational performance. Support operational project management by monitoring schedules, deliverables, and performance indicators. Conduct operational data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities. Provide administrative support for operations, including document control, reporting, and internal request tracking. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and consolidate operational data. Assist in process standardization and development of operational controls. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare results presentations for management. **Requirements:** ----------------- Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and report updates). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and spreadsheet management). Knowledge of operational data analysis. Experience or familiarity with operations/logistics/operational processes. Basic understanding of project management. Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs).
