End-to-end service order management Job Title: Service Planner City: Belo Horizonte About the Role We are seeking a professional to coordinate our field technical team, ensuring service deliveries are executed efficiently, systematically, and with high quality. You will be responsible for managing all aspects—from technician assignment to final verification of service orders in the system. Main Responsibilities \- \*\*Determine which customers will be served\*\* daily, considering contracts, deadlines, and priorities. \- \*\*Assign specific service requests\*\* to each technician, matching service complexity with technician expertise. \- \*\*Define the city and region\*\* each technician serves, organizing geographic coverage to optimize routes and reduce travel time. \- \*\*Manage team logistics\*\* (vehicles, fuel, tools, materials, replenishment, and on-site support). \- \*\*Operate the service order (SO) management system\*\* comprehensively. \- \*\*Create service orders (SOs)\*\* in the system, recording customer data, equipment details, reported issues, and deadlines. \- \*\*Enter completed SOs into the system\*\* after service delivery, including technical information, materials used, and time spent. \- \*\*Verify SOs entered by technicians\*\*, validating correct material consumption, adherence to deadlines, and accuracy of recorded information. \#\#\# Requirements \- Proven experience in coordinating technical teams or field services. \- Knowledge of logistics and route planning. \- Proficiency in service order (SO) management systems (creation, entry, and verification). \- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks by customer, city, and region. \- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications \- Experience in maintenance companies, technical assistance providers, or installation service firms. \- Familiarity with performance indicators (SLAs, team productivity, response time).
