Support for digital transformation initiatives Description: * Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch, and product verification operations; * Ensure on-time delivery, service level compliance, and achievement of operational targets; * Monitor logistics KPIs; * Conduct continuous analysis of logistics processes, proposing improvements and automation; * Manage the operational team, promoting training, feedback, and employee development; * Validate and oversee cyclic and general inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies and adjusting processes; * Support digital transformation initiatives, such as WMS and automation systems.
