Ensures internal organization and provides support in Personnel Department (DP) and people management Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, facilitating recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, and benefits administration. This role organizes documents, updates systems, assists employees, and supports training initiatives, ensuring internal organization and support in Personnel Department (DP) and people management. **Main Responsibilities and Daily Routine:** * **Personnel Administration (DP):** Electronic or manual time tracking, assistance with overtime calculation, document organization for onboarding/offboarding, leave and benefits management (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance plans). * **Recruitment and Selection (R&S):** Resume screening, job posting dissemination, interview scheduling, and support during new employee integration (onboarding). * **Administrative Support:** Updating HR spreadsheets and systems, document archiving, and internal employee assistance regarding internal policies or benefits. * **Training and Development:** Logistical support in organizing trainings, seminars, and staff integration.
