**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor delivery time windows by tracking shipment dispatch times;
* Verify actual execution of freight payments;
* Participate in defining optimal remuneration for transportation companies, using economic feasibility studies;
* Develop delivery routes;
* Develop and issue cost and performance management indicators related to the transportation area;
* Conduct operational cost and transportation outsourcing studies, using data such as distance traveled, number of vehicles deployed, fuel consumption, toll costs, among others, to support area managers in evaluating economic feasibility.
* Ensure transportation costs fall within the corresponding month;
* Monitor expense payments, carried out in accordance with Transportation Contracts;
* Interact with Procurement, Logistics/Production, and Commercial departments regarding products to be transferred (Supply and Reverse Logistics).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Extensive experience in road distribution transportation.
* Experience in logistics, transportation, and in-house operations.
* Strong analytical profile grounded in data, dynamic, and with sharp critical thinking.
* Proficiency in key performance indicators (OTIF, OTD, Redeliveries, Returns).
* Analysis of recurrence and root cause using PDCA, Pareto 80/20, and Cause-and-Effect methodologies.
* Ability to work under pressure and in critical scenarios.
* Organization and prioritization skills in high-volume environments.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and clear diction.
* Willingness to travel.
