Join Nexa and be part of mining that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production processes and technology projects aimed at continuous process improvement, ensuring compliance with company-defined guidelines, productivity, cost, and quality outcomes, meeting process specifications. Ensure conditions and compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, safeguarding physical integrity, performance indicators, and achievement of departmental production plans and targets. * Responsibility and Duty 2\. Coordinate and support specialist teams in developing and implementing action plans with operations, maintenance, and process areas. * Development of operational procedures aimed at standardizing activities. * Development of statistical analyses of metallurgical processes (Casting) * Monitoring and support in the development of high- and low-complexity technology and modernization projects * Participation in internal, corporate, and benchmarking technical committees for electrolysis and casting * Participation in the development and monitoring of monthly and annual production planning and control **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Experience in production areas within a metallurgical company. **Desired Qualifications** Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Project, SAP, PI System, Minitab) **Skills and Competencies** Teamwork, people management capability, and focus on productivity. **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
