Job Summary: We are seeking a Portfolio and Agility Consultant to serve as an Agile Coach, supporting the advancement of agile maturity, workflow structuring, and data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as an Agile Coach, supporting squads and tribes in evolving agile practices. 2. Design and enhance Boards, Backlogs, Pipelines, and Dashboards in Azure DevOps. 3. Work within SAFe environments and apply Kanban with a focus on continuous flow. **Job Description:** We are seeking a Portfolio and Agility Consultant to serve as an Agile Coach, supporting teams, leadership, and business areas in advancing agile maturity, structuring workflows, and enabling data-informed decision-making. This professional will play a strategic role in sustaining and evolving agile practices within complex environments, with strong interface across technology, business, and leadership. Your Role at Verum Transform Serve as an Agile Coach, supporting squads, tribes, and business areas in evolving agile practices. Assess team agile maturity and propose structured improvement plans. Lead ceremonies, workshops, facilitation sessions, impediment resolution, and mentoring for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams. Support cultural transformation, reinforcing autonomy, collaboration, and accountability. Build Design and enhance Boards, Backlogs, Pipelines, and Dashboards in Azure DevOps. Organize workflows with emphasis on efficiency, predictability, and value delivery. Apply metrics such as Lead Time, Throughput, and WIP, linking data to decision-making. **Work within SAFe environments, focusing on:** Lean-Agile mindset Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increment (PI) Planning Team synchronization and dependency management Practical Kanban application, emphasizing continuous flow, visual management, and continuous improvement. Grow Support leadership and teams in interpreting and leveraging metrics to develop analytical thinking and systemic perspective. Contribute to portfolio evolution by helping prioritize initiatives based on value, capacity, and strategy. Serve as a technical and behavioral reference, continuously learning through challenging projects. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Agility Consultant. Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps. Experience with SAFe and Kanban. Hands-on experience with agile metrics and flow management. Desirable experience with Scrum, Lean, and DevOps practices.
