




Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and monitoring agricultural services, farm planning, and team management to ensure excellence in coffee production. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and development within the department About Us Saquarema Group comprises coffee-producing units in the Cerrado Mineiro region. There, high-quality coffee production has achieved remarkable success in numerous national and international competitions. The excellence of Arabica beans produced on Cerrado farms is evidenced by strong acceptance in the domestic market, the European Community, the United States, and Japan. Currently, they serve as a global benchmark for sustainable specialty coffee production. Responsibilities Schedule agricultural services and determine field resource requirements (machinery, equipment, and implements); Monitor field operations; Plan each unit/farm; Faithfully monitor the entire annual harvest schedule; Manage the team of professionals within your department; Guide and train the team on daily operational processes; Evaluate team members; Anticipate daily operational issues (e.g., weather changes – Plan B); Prepare schedules and reports for analysis and decision-making; Analyze performance indicators and evaluate departmental results; Collaborate with the Agricultural Supervisor to plan and execute services; Each day prior to execution, arrange resources required for activities: fuel, PPE, equipment; Conduct on-site evaluation of weeding, pruning, and other cultural practices in advance, to formalize production payment values for professionals; Monitor on-site tractor and agricultural machinery operations and performance. Calibration of agricultural machinery and implements (spraying and fertilization). Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in Agronomy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of irrigation processes; Understanding of climate and natural factors (pests and diseases); Minimum two years’ experience in coffee cultivation; Knowledge of coffee plant cultural practices. WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Fridays until 4:00 PM); Additional Information Variable salary ranging from R$3.500,00 to R$7.500,00; CLT employment contract; Meals provided on-site; On-site position in Perdizes - MG; Daily personal transportation required to the city of Perdizes - MG; On-site accommodation provided.
