Detailed description: * Conduct all scheduled customer visits along your route, ensuring high-quality execution of activities at the point of sale (POS) within established deadlines; * Organize and replenish products at points of sale (POS) according to the layout defined per customer channel, keeping refrigerators and displays clean and fully stocked, verifying proper maintenance and usage of branded refrigerators to ensure visibility and appeal; * Execute correct communication by placing promotional materials in strategic locations to reinforce campaigns and brand initiatives per customer channel; * Monitor product expiry dates using the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method, segregating non-compliant items to prevent losses and ensure quality; * Monitor stock organization, identify restocking needs, and suggest product replenishment to the Sales Consultant to guarantee appropriate display and availability of the product mix; * Perform additional tasks, if any, ensuring contractual compliance and proper exposure of the product mix; * Place and update product price communications as needed, ensuring accurate product information; * Identify opportunities and assist in negotiating new product display spaces, as well as showcasing newly launched products; * Set up displays and participate in merchandising campaigns, contributing to brand presence and differentiation at the POS; * Verify availability of priority SKUs and alert the commercial team in case of unavailability or risk of stockout; * Monitor company execution programs to ensure standardized implementation aligned with corporate initiatives; * Handle pallet movement and organization at the point of sale using a pallet jack to ensure correct placement per the defined layout; * Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and display strategies at points of sale to support commercial decision-making.
