Providing support and assistance to agencies with information and guidance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:45, with a 1:15-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Description: * Accurately perform, analyze, and update associate registrations in accordance with existing compliance requirements; * Ensure adherence to regulations, rules, and internal policies; * Provide high-quality service and support to agencies, taking responsibility for delivering accurate information and guidance relevant to assigned duties and operational unit; * Prepare reports to support managerial decision-making; * Perform other related tasks as required by the Cooperative or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:*** Reside, preferably, in Guaranésia/MG and surrounding areas; * ANBIMA certification or higher is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication skills, writing ability, and text comprehension.
