Join this community! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise field activities of civil construction teams at construction sites; control equipment and materials; inspect the quality of raw materials used; * Supervise projects and technical documentation; control productive resources (site layout, equipment, materials, supplies, and work tools); * Monitor construction productivity standards, including: inspection of material and supply quality; specifications; workflows; material handling; and safety measures for sites and equipment; * Prepare Daily Construction Reports (RDOs); * Report any incidents inconsistent with technical specifications or the executed project; * Conduct productivity assessments; * Require the contractor to fully comply with all contractual obligations, as stipulated in the contract and applicable legislation; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for transparency and monitoring (e.g., what has been completed and within what timeframe, delays and their causes, etc.). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields; * Valid driver’s license; * Availability to work on Saturdays (overtime) and night shifts; * Experience in earthwork and mining projects; * Familiarity with or experience in ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
