The ideal candidate will have experience in system development, requirements analysis, and problem solving. Responsibilities: * Analyze and document system requirements * Develop and implement software solutions * Perform system testing and debugging * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams * Stay\-updated on technological trends Requirements: * Knowledge of ERP system functionality; * Knowledge of relational databases, especially SQL Server/T\-SQL; * Understanding of BackOffice processes; * Ability to easily interact with diverse individuals; * Resilient behavior, quick adaptability, and capacity to act rationally under pressure. Desirable: * Knowledge of Sankhya; * Experience with helpdesk systems and documentation (demand/ticket management and written follow-ups).
