Job Summary: Responsible for patient reception, document issuance, and patient orientation, working in an environment that values human-centered care and social transformation. Key Highlights: 1. A legacy of social transformation and care for life Responsible for performing reception duties, issuing necessary internal and external documents, and preparing patient identification and orientation for medical services. TEMPORARY POSITION **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer external/internal phone calls courteously and transfer them to the appropriate recipients after identifying the caller’s needs; * Monitor outpatient clinics, organize and classify appointments to determine required medical service volumes; * Control and identify visitor/accompanying person entry and exit, assisting them in reaching their designated department; * Register outpatient consultations, hospital admissions, and urgent/emergency cases in the system; * Update patients’ registration data, especially name, address, and National Health Card (CNES); * Confirm whether the patient is registered with the Municipal Oncology Commission (CMO) or the Hospital Admission Center (W – external system); * Request internal/administrative supplies from the warehouse; * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education. * Computer literacy.
