Assist in opening and tracking service tickets with technology vendors. Support meetings to gather and understand internal departments’ needs. Assist in documenting processes related to Zema Group’s products and systems. Support drafting functional requirements and recording systemic improvement requests. Collaborate in creating and updating operational procedures and manuals. Assist in tracking system updates provided by technology partners. Support the team in monitoring the implementation of new technology products and initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications:** **Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in fields such as:** Information Systems; Computer Science; Software Engineering; Computer Engineering; Systems Analysis and Development; or related disciplines. Interest in technology, systems, and business processes. Analytical thinking and curiosity to understand problems and propose solutions. Strong communication skills and ease interacting across different company departments. Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proactivity, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn. **Advantages:** Basic knowledge of SQL or databases. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum).
