




Job Summary: We are seeking an Interior Automotive Lighting Designer to develop interior lighting systems, perform 3D modeling, and interface with electronics and OEM customers. Join us!** We are looking for an **Interior Automotive Lighting Designer** with solid experience in developing interior lighting systems to work on projects with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. **Responsibilities and Tasks** Development of ambient lighting, backlighting, light guides, LED modules, and optical components. 3D modeling and 2D detailing applying GD&T (ISO 1101). Definition of mechanical architecture considering thermal dissipation, tolerance stack-up, and vibration/durability requirements. * * Interface with electronics (PCB, drivers, integration). * Application of DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and DFM/DFA. * Support for prototypes (A/B/C Sample) and DV/PV validations. * Technical interface with OEM customers. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Automotive development experience (minimum 4+ years). * Experience with interior lighting systems. * Proficiency in 3D CAD (CATIA, NX or similar). * Knowledge of plastic injection molding, optics applied to polymers, and GD&T. * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with optical simulation (Speos, LucidShape) and global projects. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
