Job Mission * Perform operational and maintenance routines of the production process to ensure availability of the finished product. Main Responsibilities * Operate packaging equipment in accordance with the production plan and the specifications and conditions outlined in procedures and standards; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions based on analysis of procedures and processes within your area of responsibility; * Accurately and promptly report all data and information relevant to controlling area KPIs; * Perform maintenance tasks according to established standards, ensuring compliance with AM and 5S standards; * Report anomalies, near-misses, and unsafe behaviors to implement activities improving area safety; * Restore and maintain basic equipment conditions; * Perform Emergency Response Maintenance activities on packaging lines, also acting preventively to identify and correct anomalies; * Participate in improvement teams focused on packaging performance indicators; * Know and apply the Integrated Management Policy — Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety — and SHE procedures in all activities, while ensuring organization, cleanliness, hygiene, orderliness, and maintenance of operational equipment. Academic Qualifications * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Requirements * Knowledge of maintenance/operation of industrial machinery and equipment; * SAP knowledge; * Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Systems; * Industrial Safety knowledge; * Experience applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); * Knowledge of autonomous management of packaging equipment; * Familiarity with Maintenance/Packaging performance indicators; * Maintenance plans.
