Job Mission * Responsible for operating and maintaining industrial packaging equipment to achieve planned production volumes while ensuring quality requirements, minimizing costs, and preventing waste across packaging lines at manufacturing facilities. * Comply with and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory provisions regarding occupational safety and health. * Adhere to life-saving rules. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the employer. Main Responsibilities * Operate packaging machinery in accordance with existing operational standards and acquired training; * Perform organization and cleaning tasks at the workplace by implementing the existing cleaning plan (5S and CILT) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; * Carry out autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities related to basic condition maintenance (RBC) and operational condition maintenance on the equipment operated; * Conduct laboratory analyses of soda concentration, additives, chlorine in bottle washers, turbidity, and dirtiness at the water treatment station; * Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) by recording and analyzing equipment and process failures under one’s responsibility, and executing routine cards; * Participate in continuous improvement of performance indicators at one’s workplace through involvement in continuous improvement teams; * Conduct quality inspections to prevent rework; * Perform routine cleaning and inspection of equipment; * Contribute to HACCP-related activities; * Comply with safety regulations by correctly using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Enter data into the SAP system to ensure product and process traceability; * Perform medium-complexity repairs and maintenance. Academic Qualifications * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics. Requirements * Basic computer skills; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Knowledge of management control tools; * Knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance for industrial equipment.
