Job Mission * Directly operate in the Brewing area, ensuring safety, quality, and the necessary technical support to achieve process performance. Possess senior-level knowledge of beer production and prior experience in the industry. Understand corrective and preventive maintenance concepts, and hold a macro view of TPM and indicator management. Area of Operation * Process \- Filtration Main Responsibilities * Operate production machinery and equipment according to defined standards. * Monitor basic process parameters and make minor adjustments when required. * Identify and report operational deviations, supporting resolution of simple issues. * Record production data in forms and systems. * Follow cleaning and workplace organization routines. * Comply with safety and quality standards throughout operations. * Support shift handovers by sharing relevant operational information. Academic Qualifications * Completed technical education in electromechanics, mechanics, electrical engineering, or chemistry. * Bachelor’s degree in engineering currently in progress is desirable. Requirements * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 6x2 schedule. * Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in a brewery will be considered an advantage; * Proactive, collaborative, curious individuals with humility to continuously learn.
