Radiante Tecnologia is a company specialized in information technology solutions. We provide software development and IT consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Guide the team on work procedures and instructions. Distribute field activities among the team. Read, update, and monitor projects. Technically evaluate team performance. Complete activity reports. Manage tools, equipment, and materials. Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Construction Team Leader, or Construction Site Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
