Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Construction Master to lead teams, ensure deadlines and quality, promote safety, and develop talent, with a focus on continuous improvement. We are looking for a professional residing in Passos/MG, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and ease working in teams. If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure adherence to deadlines, schedules, costs, and quality standards established by the company. * Directly participate in task distribution through leadership of field operational labor, conveying necessary information from the client to the contractor, ensuring synergy and communication. * Guarantee worker safety on-site through proper use and supervision of collective and individual protective equipment. * Identify potential execution or design issues and assist in material quantity assessments for construction projects, based on professional experience. * Conduct weekly meetings to align project schedules, provide general feedback to the team, assign weekly tasks, identify training needs, and support capacity building, development, continuous improvement, and goal achievement. * Implement people management practices—including identifying training and development needs, daily routines, performance evaluations, and feedback—to keep the team motivated, continuously developing, and aligned with the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture. * Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Desired Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Construction Master or in similar roles.
