If this profile resonates with you and you wish to become part of a results-driven, excellence-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** A Traffic Operator is responsible for managing vehicle traffic on highways, conducting surveillance, traffic control, monitoring road conditions, and supporting tow truck operations. Additionally, the professional must communicate with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Monitor and control vehicle traffic on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and adherence to traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and intervene in risky situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Perform light tow truck operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during highway accidents or emergency situations; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed tow truck operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage remain fully operational; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources to perform job duties, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources to perform job duties, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect the vehicle’s operational condition—including coolant, oil, tire condition, general vehicle condition, and fuel level—and report any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor to ensure compliant vehicle usage per applicable rules, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions established by Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as defined by the company or current legislation, according to area of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Driver’s License Category C, D, or E; Experience in traffic enforcement, highway safety, or related fields is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR\-158 concession segment runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 concession segment extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers and crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR\-262, spanning from kilometer 360\+100—its junction with BR\-381 in Betim—to kilometer 799—its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned section lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
