Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** OKR \- Manage, track, and present departmental OKRs. Action Plan \- Monitor action items and update the Action Plan for audits conducted by the Audit and Compliance Department. Procedures \- Create, develop, request validation for, and publish standards and procedures for both departments. Act as facilitator, multiplier, and focal point for matters related to the Procurement Portal and Corporate Travel Management System (Paytrack). Participate in periodic meetings with Facilities, GG, IT, GP, and Operations teams to address recurring/routine demands and execute short-, medium-, and long-term projects. Audits \- Conduct audits on the Procurement team’s processes to verify compliance with NAGS and identify possible deviations and/or breaches of current procedures. Contracts \- Monitor contract validity and alert managers when contracts approach expiration. Deliver training to requesters regarding doubts about SC issuance, OC approval tracking, and delivery follow-up. Perform weekly follow-up on pending SCs handled by procurement officers and request status updates on actions. Conduct market research on best practices in the education sector that directly or indirectly impact Procurement. Periodically evaluate suppliers and service providers quantitatively and qualitatively. Publish periodic "Knowledge Pills" containing relevant information on existing standards, budgetary control, corporate contracts, among others. Serve as the communication liaison between Procurement and newly established departments—Engineering and Warehouse. KPIs \- Finalize monthly KPIs for Procurement and Corporate Travel departments.
