Join our family! **About the Role** You will be responsible for ensuring potato seed supply for McCain in Brazil, guaranteeing phytosanitary quality and execution of the multiplication plan. You will manage the territory in collaboration with farmers, handling procurement, negotiations, and supplier administration, as well as monitoring harvests, delivery notes, and promoting process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * **Supply and Logistics Management:** Lead the procurement, pricing, distribution, and inventory control of potato seeds and minitubers, ensuring efficient regional supply aligned with McCain’s safety and conduct standards. * **Seed Multiplication and Quality:** Manage the seed multiplication cycle (G0 to G4\), ensuring staggered volume, varietal purity, and health, in alignment with the company’s growth planning. * **Technical Supplier Management:** Supervise seedling producers and field multipliers, ensuring appropriate production methods and compliance with McCain quality standards. * **Technical Interface and Innovation:** Collaborate with research, agronomy, and planning teams to technically validate cultivars, update crop management recommendations, and adopt innovative practices. * **Market Analysis and Integrated Planning:** Conduct supply/demand analyses, monitor market share of exclusive varieties, and propose adjustments to planting plans based on market data and climatic conditions. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness Management, Agroindustrial Management, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Driver’s license Category B. * Willingness to travel. * English proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. \#LI\-MR1 *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
