Since entering Brazil in 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil has experienced rapid growth, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and innovation. **Position** **Occupational Safety Specialist.** **Professional Responsibilities** * Manage and distribute PPE, monitoring usage with leadership support; * Conduct safety dialogues and encourage leadership participation; * Support and organize EHS trainings and campaigns; * Report and encourage reporting of unsafe situations and behaviors; * Manage documentation and third-party access related to occupational health and safety; * Prepare Risk Assessment Analyses (APRs) and issue Work Permits (PTs) when required; * Accompany inspections by authorities such as Fire Department and Sanitary Surveillance; * Verify compliance with safety standards and legal requirements; * Promote health, well-being, and accident prevention initiatives; * Understand company processes and identify workplace hazards; * Develop action plans for improvements and corrective measures; * Issue technical opinions on risks and advise on control measures; * Recommend and inspect fire protection equipment. **Job Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Advanced English or Mandarin; * Knowledge of environmental requirements; * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Familiarity with accident analysis and investigation methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa; * Preferred experience in logistics-sector companies. **Work Arrangement** * Location: Betim/MG * Work Model: On-site. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * TotalPass; * Partnerships with SESC and SEST SENAT; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance.
