Since entering Brazil in 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil has experienced rapid growth, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions focused on efficiency, scale, and innovation. **Position** **Loss Prevention Specialist** **Professional Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise security guards and third-party teams to ensure adherence to internal security procedures and policies; * Develop, review, and monitor the implementation of patrol plans, operational routines, and preventive asset security measures; * Conduct CCTV video image analysis, document incidents, and support incident and deviation investigations alongside monitoring teams; * Implement and ensure compliance with security and loss prevention policies, internal regulations, and applicable legislation; * Develop and revise emergency and incident response plans to ensure readiness for various types of incidents; * Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations, prepare reports, and track corrective and preventive actions. **Employment Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Private Security Management, Public Security, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced English or Mandarin; * Familiarity with continuous improvement processes within loss prevention systems, utilizing data analysis and process reviews to reduce risks and losses; * Maintain relationships with external agencies (police, fire department, security companies) to ensure effective emergency response; * Contribute to team training, promoting a culture of loss prevention and asset security; * Preferred experience in logistics and transportation sectors; **Work Arrangement** * Location: Betim/MG * Work Mode: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:48 **Benefits** * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * TotalPass; * Partnerships with SESC and SEST SENAT; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance.
