In this role, you will organize and maintain work environments, directly contributing to the company’s efficient operation and everyone’s well-being. Your main responsibilities will include: * Cleaning and maintaining flowerbeds, courtyards, gutters, and trenches. * Performing manual and mechanical weeding using brush cutters. * Conducting minor plumbing repairs. * Sweeping and cleaning courtyards manually or with blowers. * Performing daily preventive and corrective repairs and maintenance. * Properly using PPE and adhering to safety regulations. * Maintaining overall organizational standards across company premises. Requirements: We are seeking a candidate who has: * Availability Monday through Friday: from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * Proactivity, dedication, and commitment.
