Job Summary: Support site inspections, accident investigations, employee guidance, and the drafting of technical and legally required safety documents. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in drafting and updating legal safety documents **Responsibilities:** * Support inspections of company sites, facilities, and equipment, identifying hazardous conditions. * Assist in workplace accident investigations and propose preventive measures. * Guide employees on proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Support drafting and updating of technical and legally required documents and programs, such as PGR, PCMSO, and LTCAT (where applicable). * Assist in organizing and conducting safety training sessions and campaigns. * Manage and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Support compliance with occupational safety legal requirements. * Prepare simple reports on incidents and inspections. * Record incident reports and documentation in the appropriate system per procedure. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience drafting legal safety documentation; * Solid knowledge of conducting compliance audits and action plans; * Knowledge of accident investigation and analysis processes; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with SOC systems; * Knowledge of regulatory standards; * Must reside within easy commuting distance to the job location, as no accommodation is provided. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that support our employees' well-being and satisfaction.
