As the Marketplace Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: * Leading marketplace operations and strategy (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, and others). * Developing and executing the commercial plan, including pricing, campaigns, promotions, and media (ADS). * Managing catalog, content, product performance, and official store reputation. * Monitoring departmental KPIs. * Collaborating closely with logistics, marketing, customer service, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence. * Engaging directly with marketplace representatives to identify opportunities and special programs. * Optimizing internal processes and pursuing continuous improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area is a plus. * Solid experience in marketplace management. * Knowledge of pricing, campaigns, ADS, and SEO for marketplaces. * Organized, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented profile.
