Your mission is to transform a massively scaled product into an increasingly predictable, efficient, and intelligent operation. Here, data is not just support—it is central to decision-making. You will be a protagonist in unlocking analytical speed, bringing strategic clarity, and generating direct impact on business outcomes. You will work closely with leadership, influencing directions, prioritizations, and policies that shape the portfolio. This is a role for someone who combines analytical thinking, product vision, and strong technical depth. If you want to build, scale, and leave your mark on a rapidly growing product, this is the place. **Responsibilities and Duties:** The scope of this role is to structure, accelerate, and strengthen the data intelligence of PicPay’s PJ Cards product, ensuring analytical speed, strategic clarity, and decisive support for the roadmap. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, evolve, and ensure execution of the Cards team’s data strategy, guaranteeing standardized metrics, a single source of truth, and visibility across the entire operation; * Conduct in-depth performance analyses (activation, authorization, engagement, credit, portfolio), generating insights to guide decisions and prioritizations; * Build and maintain high-impact dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models; * Diagnose complex problems and identify root causes through exploratory and structured analyses; * Create and monitor strategic metrics, transforming data into clear hypotheses and recommendations for PMs and leadership; * Act as owner of the Cards product data, ensuring pipeline quality, event tracking, instrumentation, and integrations; * Design and oversee experiments and quantitative methods to validate features, policies, customer journeys, or incentives; * Collaborate closely with PMs from Activation, Core, Lifecycle, Credit, and Portfolio teams to increase predictability and impact of initiatives; * Support financial and behavioral analyses focused on monetization, credit policy, and portfolio efficiency; * Serve as a reference for advanced analytical practices and stay aligned with market trends, card-specific metrics, and quantitative methodologies. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience in Product, Data, or Analytics within fintechs, banks, card issuers, processors, or tech companies; * Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools (BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, etc.); * Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, action-oriented narratives; * Experience building visualizations and analytical models (Databricks, Tableau, SQL, etc.); * Hands-on experience with metrics, quantitative analyses, and exploratory modeling applied to payments or credit; * Experience in highly complex, high-volume transactional environments; * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Operations, Finance); * Structured, investigative, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of card products (authorization, fraud, activation, NPL, portfolio, clean/guaranteed credit); * Experience with statistical modeling, experimentation, or programming (Python/R). **What We Offer:** **Health and Well-being** * Medical and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * “Lado a Lado” Program, offering legal, social, psychological, and financial support; * Wellhub. **Meals/Mobility or Remote Work:** * **PicPay Benefits** credit card, widely accepted, where you receive your Meal/Reimbursement and Mobility or Remote Work allowance (per your employment contract). **Parental Leave:** * Extended maternity leave of 6 months and extended paternity leave of 20 days. * “Novo Ser” Program, supporting our mothers throughout pregnancy and after returning from maternity leave.
