Our External Plant team is expanding—please see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise technical teams responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and repair of the external plant network. * Plan and monitor field activities to ensure timely delivery and service quality. * Monitor operational KPIs (productivity, repair time, quality, and safety). * Support resolution of critical network incidents. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and workplace safety regulations. * Collaborate with internal departments such as NOC, Engineering, and Planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in **External Plant / Telecommunications Network** operations. * Experience managing or coordinating field teams. * Knowledge of network deployment and maintenance (fiber optic and/or metallic). * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** #### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM #### **We Offer:** * Performance-Based Bonus Program (PPR) * Medical and Dental Assistance * Flexible Benefits Program * Life Insurance * PAS (VERO Social Support Program) * One paid day off during your birthday month * Corporate University * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities) * PCD Child Allowance * Employee Internet Plan This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
