




Job Summary: Training Analyst focused on developing, designing, and measuring outcomes of behavioral and customized training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Assess training needs and design behavioral training programs 2. Develop and measure training outcomes 3. Collaborate with HR on Training & Development (T&D) projects **Position: Training Analyst** **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Identify behavioral training needs using indicators provided by HR, the Ombudsman’s Office, directors, CEO, etc. 2\. Design customized training programs according to departmental requirements. 3\. Deliver training programs. 4\. Measure training outcomes and present performance indicators. 5\. Update T&D department indicator spreadsheets. 6\. Maintain ongoing collaboration with the HR department to develop projects. 7\. Provide support for other T&D training programs and projects. 8\. Arrange snacks for training sessions when necessary. 9\. Prepare attendance lists for training sessions. 10\.
