If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and maintain management reports, control indicators, and dashboards on guarantee status, risk levels, pending items, and process performance; * Draft contract templates according to existing standards; * Provide legal support to Operations and Audit teams regarding contractual matters; * Analyze daily the settlement capacity of customers within the assigned workflow; * Update daily the management systems concerning guarantees and monitor their composition; * Monitor and manage post\-disbursement guarantee-related pending items, ensuring compliance with deadlines, SLAs, and conditions approved by committees or stipulated in internal policies; * Periodically assess the adequacy of guarantee values relative to the operational risk exposure, flagging requirements for reinforcement, substitution, or regularization; * Proactively identify operational, legal, and credit risks associated with guarantees and propose action and mitigation plans; * Interact with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Registration, Collections, Backoffice, Risk, and Compliance) and external parties (notaries, registrars, insurers, law firms, and clients) to resolve pending items and validate documentation; * Support audit processes, regulatory inspections, and periodic reviews by providing required evidence, documents, and information; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes by proposing procedural revisions, automation initiatives, and strengthened controls; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Microsoft Office Suite — minimum intermediate proficiency; * Aptitude for learning ERP systems; * Proven experience in agribusiness — in any related area; * Effective communication skills; * Resilience; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; **Additional Information** * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * On\-site Restaurant * Caju Multi\-use Card * Life Insurance * Day Off * Field Day * \+Health — Gympass \+ Conexa Saúde ##### **Born from agribusiness, we at Ceres Investimentos relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for the agribusiness sector.
