**Administrative Assistant – Human Resources**
Are you an **organized, communicative person interested in growing in the Human Resources field**? We are seeking a proactive, generalist **HR Administrative Assistant** with experience in **Recruitment and Selection**, to support the building of **high-performance teams** and strengthen **organizational culture**.
This position plays a strategic role in supporting HR routines, serving employees, and fostering cross-departmental integration—especially with the production environment.
**Key Responsibilities
Personnel Administration**
* Support **hiring and termination processes** for employees.
* Maintain **functional documentation** organized and up to date.
* Assist in managing **electronic timekeeping, benefits, and payroll**, in partnership with the Personnel Department.
* Provide **employee service**, including phone support and assistance with administrative routines.
* Manage the **procurement, organization, control, and distribution of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)**, ensuring compliance and traceability.
**Recruitment and Selection**
* Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
* Conduct **resume screening** and schedule interviews.
* Support the administration of **assessments, interviews, and group activities**.
* Participate in the **onboarding process** for new employees.
**Training and Development**
* Support the **organization of internal and external training programs**.
* Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership.
* Monitor **development and performance indicators**.
* Support **professional development, training, and career growth programs**.
**Organizational Climate and Engagement**
* Support the implementation of **organizational climate surveys**.
* Participate in **engagement, internal marketing, and internal communication initiatives**.
* Contribute to **recognition, appreciation, and employee well-being programs**.
**Communication and Organizational Culture**
* Facilitate **interdepartmental communication**, with special attention to production.
* Operate in compliance with **internal policies, compliance practices, and ethics standards**.
* Contribute to promoting an **ethical, collaborative, inclusive, and safe environment**.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education
*(Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, HR, or related fields are desirable but not required)*.
* Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability, and **active listening**.
* Ability to handle **multiple tasks** while maintaining ethical and professional conduct.
* Prior experience in **administrative or Human Resources routines** is considered a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **PPE management** and employee onboarding processes.
* Experience in **industrial or production environments**.
* Familiarity with **recruitment platforms** (LinkedIn, Gupy, Kenoby, or similar).
* Basic understanding of **labor legislation**.
* Experience with **HR management systems** and productivity tools.
