Consultative support for procedures **POSITION: RECEPTIONIST** **Ophthalmology Clinic \| Patos de Minas\- Cônego Getúlio** **Work Model: In-person \| CLT** * **Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturdays on rotating schedule** **About the Opportunity:** We seek a charismatic, communicative, and mature professional who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and delivering an outstanding patient experience. This person will be responsible for service from pre-sale to post-sale, working closely, consultatively, and empathetically — serving as a key touchpoint in the patient's clinic experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based service * Receive patients, ensuring welcoming and professional service * Schedule, confirm, and organize medical appointments * Fit appointments into the physician’s available schedule * Conduct follow-ups to monitor patient experience and clarify doubts * Support procedure closing processes, emphasizing consultative (not pushy) sales * Liaise with health insurance providers, including requests, authorizations, and follow-ups * Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing clinic documents and information * Support medical and administrative teams with daily operational demands **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in administrative roles * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, dynamic, organized, and responsible profile * Professional demeanor appropriate for public-facing service * Proficiency in using WhatsApp, systems, and spreadsheets * Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic routine **Additional Valuable Knowledge:** * Experience providing service in healthcare settings * Background working in clinics or private practices * Training courses in patient or customer service * Knowledge in aesthetics or dermatology **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed monthly salary of R$ 2.430,00 Meal allowance of R$ 590.00 via iFood card Transportation allowance Unimed health plan with co-payment **If you are charismatic, passionate about delivering humanized service, value patient care, and wish to join a professional and empathetic team, this opportunity may be right for you!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
