We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to support food preparation, sanitation, and preservation, as well as maintain cleanliness of our internal environment. The position includes tasks such as: executing the daily cleaning schedule for restrooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with corporate hygiene standards. To perform this role effectively, we seek a responsible, punctual, and organized professional. **Main Responsibilities** * **Ingredient Preparation**: The kitchen assistant performs tasks such as cutting, peeling, and washing food items, ensuring ingredients are ready for meal preparation. * **Cleaning and Organization**: Responsible for sanitizing the work area, utensils, and equipment, while keeping the kitchen organized and free from contamination. * **Meal Preparation Support**: Assists cooks in plating and finalizing dishes, following given instructions. * **Compliance with Hygiene Regulations**: It is essential that the kitchen assistant adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for food preparation. **Requirements** * Preferred: proven prior work experience as a kitchen assistant or in general services; * Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
