Focus on standards, quality, and organization Job Description About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Sushiman to prepare Japanese cuisine dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and organization. The professional will be responsible for preparing items served both in the dining room and via delivery. Job Responsibilities Prepare and portion ingredients following storage and preservation guidelines. Prepare menu items according to technical specifications and instructions from the Sushibar Chef. Monitor food cost (CMV) and actively reduce waste. Maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with sanitary regulations. Adhere to hygiene rules, including proper uniform usage. Essential Requirements Proven experience in Japanese cuisine. Proficiency in fish preparation and sanitation (e.g., salmon, tuna). Flexible availability. Easy access to the Belvedere area.
