The role involves supporting operational kitchen activities, contributing to efficient food preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Responsibilities: Support the cooking team in food preparation and finishing; Wash, cut, and portion ingredients as instructed; Clean utensils, countertops, floors, equipment, and trash bins; Restock supplies, keeping the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry organized; Assist in inventory control and organization using the FIFO method (first-in, first-out); Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including hoods, stoves, grease traps, and drains; Perform scheduled cleaning routines and tasks assigned by leadership; Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards. ### **Prerequisites** Previous experience in the field is desirable; Commitment to organization, cleanliness, and agility; Ease of working in a team.
