Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and integrating systems and projects, with a focus on natural gas, ensuring PMO governance and strategic management support through SAP. Advanced use of SAP and planning tools. **Job Objective:** To plan, control, and integrate the company’s systems and projects, focusing on **natural gas** operations, ensuring PMO governance, process efficiency, information reliability, and strategic management support through advanced use of **SAP** and planning tools. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Structure, monitor, and control projects under **PMO** methodology. * Develop, review, and monitor physical and financial project and contract schedules. * Participate in strategic and operational planning for natural gas construction and operations. * Manage costs, deadlines, resources, and performance indicators (KPIs). * Integrate information across technical, operational, and administrative areas. * Use **SAP (PS, PM, MM, CO or related modules)** for planning, control, and reporting. * Support managers in decision-making through managerial analyses and executive reports. * Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory standards and industry best practices in the energy/gas sector. * Propose process improvements, automation, and standardization. * Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts/planners. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Solid experience as a **Planner, Systems Analyst, or Senior PMO** professional. * Proven experience in **natural gas, energy, or infrastructure** projects and operations. * Advanced knowledge of **PMO, project planning, and management**. * Practical experience with **SAP** (preferably modules PS, PM, MM, CO). * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, Advanced Excel). * Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and performance indicators.
