Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; prepare replacement parts; lubricate equipment; repair pneumatic/hydraulic circuits; carry out minor welding and oxy-cutting repairs; operate machine tools as needed, contributing to equipment preservation; * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) — covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety — as well as 5S and continuous improvement programs; * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on equipment, machines, and replacement parts across production lines and workbenches; * Conduct audiovisual inspections, monitoring line operation, abnormal noises, vibrations, temperature, and other operational characteristics of production machinery; record anomalies in the system and, in urgent cases, immediately notify supervision for appropriate action; * Supervise and guide mechanical maintenance service providers; * Perform sporadic equipment lubrication as required; * Verify availability in the warehouse of necessary replacement parts during Preventive Maintenance Plans (PPM); if materials are unavailable, inform the supervisor to take appropriate action; * Restore machines and equipment by replacing parts or assemblies using appropriate tools, manuals, drawings, technical specifications, etc., perform functional tests, and make necessary adjustments; * Install various machines and equipment, as well as industrial installations, interpreting drawings, sketches, and specific manuals; * Test repaired machines together with the operator, verifying on-site whether the machine is fully operational to ensure uninterrupted production; * Comply with quality standards, environmental policy, occupational safety regulations, and contribute to improvement tools; * Carry out activities and support the continuous improvement process of the Asset Management Program. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanics or Mechatronics); * Experience in this role and/or related fields; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Must reside in Uberaba, MG. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
