We seek a **Project Quality Analyst** who wants to grow with us on challenging engineering projects. **What We Expect from You?** A professional with experience in Quality Management Systems, working on project document control, audit support, and interfacing with multidisciplinary teams, possessing an organized, analytical, and collaborative profile. **Key Responsibilities** * Control and monitor the preparation of mandatory project documentation according to defined classification levels (levels 1, 2, and 3); * Monitor deadlines and follow up with project leads regarding delivery of documentation required by the QMS; * Support managers and project teams in accessing and correctly applying corporate documentation standards; * Participate in internal and external Quality Management System audits, focusing on ISO 9001; * Maintain interface with the headquarters in Spain, participating in committees and periodic meetings to align QMS guidelines and updates; * Support company qualification processes with clients, including document collection and completion of technical and quality questionnaires; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation of quality routines, including low-code solution development where applicable. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Experience in technical project documentation control and management; * Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate; * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard; * Experience supporting or participating in internal and/or external audits; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Intermediate Spanish proficiency; * Knowledge of tools such as MS Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud. **Why Join GHENOVA?** * Participation in large-scale projects with international impact; * A collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous development; * Professional recognition and genuine growth opportunities.
