Contribute creative and innovative ideas to dish development **Job Description: Kitchen Assistant** **Location:** Villa Finotti \- Cafeteria and Bakery **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week \- 6x1 schedule (fixed weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday per month). **Work Shift:** Afternoon/Evening **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to company specifications and standards. * Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality of dishes. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and excellence in food production. * Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies. * Monitor ingredient and prepared dish quality, ensuring adherence to established standards. * Collaborate on developing new dishes and menus, contributing creative and innovative ideas. **Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure, remaining calm and efficient during busy periods. * Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
