Job Summary: A kitchen professional focused on preparing savory snacks, broths, various dishes, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and shaping of baked and fried savory snacks 2. Production of broths, traditional dishes, and seasonings 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace ✔ **Prepare baked and fried savory snacks, sweet and savory fried cookies, and raindrop fritters;** ✔ **Prepare broths, canjica, sweet rice pudding, tropeiro, codfish stew, meats, and other items;** ✔ **Prepare all ingredients;** ✔ **Prepare seasonings;** ✔ **Prepare doughs and fillings according to recipes and standards;** ✔ **Shape savory snacks for baking or frying;** ✔ **Bread savory fried snacks in egg and breadcrumbs;** ✔ **Bake and fry items as requested by the Production Manager in coordination with Store Managers;** ✔ **Reheat broths for store replenishment;** ✔ **Clean tables, stoves, and utensils;** ✔ **Respond to Store Managers’ requests;** ✔ **Keep the workplace clean and organized; **About this position, the details are as follows:** **✔ Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM;** **✔ Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (fixed weekly day off \+ one weekend off per month);** **✔ To be discussed** **✔ Transportation allowance or Fuel/Mobility allowance (can be registered via Uber or 99pop apps \- no 6% deduction);** **✔ Product gratuity bonus at the store;** **✔ On-site snack.** **We are located at Av. dos Engenheiros, 1550 – Castelo neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.** **Would you like to attend an interview at our headquarters?** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your address?
