Job Summary: Professional to provide operational and administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring the organization of information and compliance with sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative support to the commercial area 2. Ensuring accurate registration and updating of commercial information 3. Supporting the sales force in resolving inquiries ### **Responsibilities** Support the commercial area in administrative and operational sales routines. Register, verify, and update proposals, orders, and contracts in systems. Support verification of customer documentation and commercial terms. Monitor order flow, deadlines, and status with internal departments involved. Support the sales force in resolving operational questions regarding processes and systems. Ensure accurate registration of commercial information, maintaining organized and up-to-date data. Support preparation of simple sales tracking reports and indicators.
