Join our family! **About the Role** Support Facilities management in monitoring outsourced contracts, tracking KPIs, and supporting administrative routines for the Facilities area, working in partnership with suppliers and internal departments to ensure optimal operation support services comply with legal requirements, corporate standards, and internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor the execution of outsourced Facilities services, ensuring quality and contract compliance. * Track area KPIs and support the development of controls and reports. * Support administrative routines, including document, contract, and internal request management. * Serve as the liaison point between suppliers and internal departments, ensuring demand alignment. * Support audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, or related fields. * Experience managing outsourced contracts and services in Facilities. * Experience administering subsystems, including catering, transportation, physical security, and building cleaning. * Prior experience in an industrial environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic English proficiency. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
