Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Content Creation and Digital Strategy: Develop content (photos, short videos, and copy) that reflects Cacheou’s brand identity. Create and optimize landing pages (LPs) and ads that speak the language of our target audience. Social Selling and Prospecting: Strategically engage potential customers on social media, build meaningful connections, and convert followers into qualified leads. Lead Qualification: Receive inbound leads from social media and our website, applying qualifying questions to identify those with genuine closing potential. Proactive Prospecting (Hunter): Don’t wait for leads to come in. Use content and outbound initiatives to re-engage past customers and mine new contact lists. Funnel Intelligence: Analyze which content and ads attract higher-value leads, and adjust strategy in collaboration with the commercial team. Relationship Management: Maintain warm, consistent engagement with leads until handing them off to the closing team. Ideal Candidate Profile: Creative with "Fire in the Eyes": Someone proficient in Canva/CapCut (or similar tools) to produce compelling visuals, yet unafraid to directly engage customers. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Clear, error-free, and persuasive communication—whether through text (copywriting) or spoken word. Proactive and Analytical: If leads aren’t coming in, you’ll create new content or outbound actions—or pivot your prospecting approach. Digital Fluency: Familiarity with CRM systems and advertising platforms. Requirements: Experience in sales-oriented or pre-sales (SDR) content creation.
