Job Summary: A professional to assist in the preparation, organization, packaging, and restocking of bakery products, maintaining a clean section and supporting customer service and inventory control. Support quality control, product expiration date monitoring, and inventory management. Supermarket seeking a Bakery Assistant in Rondonópolis. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing bread, cakes, savory snacks, and other bakery products. Sort and organize ingredients and materials used in production. Package, label, and organize products for sale. Restock items on bakery display cases, counters, and shelves. Assist customers when necessary. Keep the section clean, hygienic, and organized. Support monitoring of product expiration dates and quality. Assist in proper storage of ingredients and goods. Operate simple bakery equipment under supervision. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Assist in inventory control and replenishment of supplies. Contribute to efficient production and customer service operations. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Confectionery Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
