Job Summary:
Professional responsible for administrative routines, including invoice control, purchase requisitions, and general support at the farm, with service provided to employees and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and verify invoices accompanying goods delivered to the unit, ensuring compliance between documentation and physical quantities.
Record and finalize invoices in the VTIN system, ensuring correct accounting for payment.
Create purchase requisitions for DACTE and other administrative needs, and submit NFEs, invoices, bank slips, and related documents via the GLPI system.
Control and monitor the weighing process upon receipt of soybeans (grains and seeds) and during product dispatch, ensuring accuracy of records.
Provide administrative support to unit employees and external customers.
Support general administrative routines at the farm, contributing to the organization of internal processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Management, or related fields;
Prior experience in administrative routines, including invoice recording, document control, and purchase requisitions;
Knowledge of management systems (ERP); SAP experience is considered an advantage;
Willingness to reside at Aurora Farm, located 60 km from Guiratinga/MT;
