Operational support to instructors and student assistance **Job Description:** A professional responsible for comprehensive support of training processes and course delivery. Engages in class planning and monitoring, instructor and student support, LMS platform management, and creation of pedagogical and visual support materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor course and class schedules. * Provide operational support to instructors (materials, calendars, platform). * Assist students with academic and administrative requests. * Manage content and updates on the LMS platform. * Create support materials, presentations, and visual content (PowerPoint and Canva). * Monitor course participation and performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in academic support, course coordination, or related areas. * Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva. * Experience managing LMS platforms (preferred). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and student-focused service orientation. **Work Location:** On-site – Rio de Janeiro (RJ) **Salary Range:** R$ 4.000/month **Benefits:** Meal voucher or food allowance, medical assistance with 50% covered by the company (designated plan), educational partnership.
