An enterprise management consulting firm is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor in Duque de Caxias (Baixada Fluminense). **Responsibilities:** Will work in a metal industry. Plan and implement HR policies and strategies. Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes. Manage payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, performance, etc.). Develop training programs, performance evaluations, and organizational climate initiatives. Mediate conflicts and foster healthy relationships between employees and leadership. Support executive management in organizational structure and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal policy requirements. Previous experience as HR Coordinator, HR Manager, HR Leader, or Senior HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
